According to the PEOPLE, black and white snap of the world’s favorite royal sister-in-law Pippa Middleton will be the starring image on the cover of the upper class magazine’s next issue when it comes out. Tatler also gave Kate Middleton the Andy Warhol treatment back in January, so it clearly likes to take the artistic route with the Middleton sisters. This weekend, the former co-stars in the “High School Musical” Ashley Tisdale celebrated her 26th birthday on the beach with her long-time friend the 23-year-old actor Zac Efron. She celebrate her birthday along with the 4th of July weekend in Malibu, Calif., on Saturday July 02, 2011.

“So happy zacary made it to my party!” Tisdale, who sported a striped Mara Hoffman bikini, Tweeted. “He’s my brother/best friend!” The actress and singer, who donned a striped Mara Hoffman bikini, 26-year-old Ashley Tisdale and her long-time friend the 23-year-old actor Zac Efron first spotted frolicking on the beach together.
